Laura Shahi is the Founder & Managing Principal of Shahi Advisory Group, where she advises organizations navigating growth, strategic change, and evolving funding landscapes.

Over more than two decades, Laura has held leadership roles of increasing responsibility across global health, international development, and other social impact sectors, helping organizations strengthen partnerships, navigate change, diversify funding, and build the strategies and systems needed to support long-term growth.

Having worked across organizations of different sizes—from faith-based nonprofits and emerging organizations to large international organizations and global consulting firms—Laura understands the perspectives of leaders, technical teams, and business development professionals alike. Her approach combines strategic thinking with practical experience, helping organizations make disciplined decisions, align around shared priorities, and adapt with confidence as conditions evolve.
